Ves doesn't run it the same way he used to, when he met Nyu he passed his title on to one of his apprentices. This new fighter now runs the EA with a woman called Evara and they report to Ves and a woman called Grim with news and various other supplies that are hard to come by in the city.

Not so much these days. They're villains that work for a couple of heroes, supplying info, equipment funding etc to those select heroes.
However, you can't expect them to be all hugs and smiles, they ARE villains after all, and as such they do need to survive like anyone else over in the Isles. If that means offing a few people to get to the bank then so be it, so long as the connection with the FA isn't discovered (which is doubtful as very few of the EA's members even know about it, secret ties mean SECRET)
