Sparky turned and ran backwards towards the door.
"Jakey and Ves! Go help Chem! He's happilly twisted his ankle, and we wouldn't want him to be sad at us being faster than him. He deserves to be happy with us!"
Bumping into a wall, Sparky quickly spins round and grins as he continues towards the room.

Jake-R stops momentarily as Sparky tallks then swiftly replies
"I would like to point out that disobeying mission orders is treason, and we were asked to report to citizen Anni-O-KLY-4 in room 13GH728 immediately. Stopping to assist Chem-R would not be immediate. I have learnt my lesson from not boarding the tram in time. I would also like to point out that disobeying the orders of a leader, assuming that leader is of the same clearance as you and that you do not disobey the mission order, is not reason. Therefore i will continue on to room 13GH728 and choose not to stop and assist Chem-R-LAK-2."
With a large grin on his face, Jake-R hops into a run to catch up with Sparky.

Our friends arrive (limping or otherwise) in the briefing room. Inside a citizen in a well polished Orange Jumpsuit. She is carrying a laser pistol on each hip.
"Awlright y'all. Take a seat. I'm assuming you can at least do THAT much?. My name is Anni-O-KLY-4 and I will be taking y'all through basic troubleshooter training. We'll be headin' over and doing a training attack on mock-up comie base."
Anni-O gazes out over the troubleshooters and hooks a thumb into each side of her jumpsuit belt.
"Report to room SJ2421 for equipment, which shall consist of one torch, one laser pistol and a dummy laser barrel. This will resemble a genuine laser, but will fire harmless light for the training exercise. Off ya go! Move! Move!"

All our friends make rapidly for the exit. With the exception of Ves-R, who starts to open his mouth.
Nobody quite sees Anni-O move, but in an flash of Orange light, Ves-R's hair has been neatly and forcibly parted by a laser beam.
"Ah said git! Move!"
