Hey there, all.
As most of you (hopefully all of you) are no doubt aware, my plottage that began with the 'death' of Richard, and continued in CoV, has now reached the point where the tale returns to Paragon City.
I have several strands of plot that are intended to occur more or less simultaneously - the first of these was RPd last night, and ended with Alita being dumped in hospital.
I am going to try and blitz through as much of it as I can tonight and tomorrow, but to be able to do this effectively, I need your help.
I am aware that there will always be other RP going on, and I am hoping to avoid disrupting it as much as possible (due to the risk of characters getting injured/learning things, I don't want to time-fudge too much).
So, assuming people wish to get involved - and this little bit of plottage is designed to affect the entire FA, so please let me know if you have no wish for your toons to get involved - I will be attempting to find time to RP with each toon (possibly in groups of 2 or 3, though may be singly). The one thing I am not going to do is specify the time or the date on which the events occur, because they are meant to happen within the space of a few hours. And, for reasons that will become clear, need to happen during daylight hours, on a weekday.
If people want, I am prepared to do the RP, and then assume that this all happens on, say, Monday of next week. This is both easy and difficult - it takes the time-pressure off me a bit, making my life a little easier, however it will mean that everyone as players will know more than their characters do about things that haven't technically happened yet. The alternative to this, of course, is the much-hated Retcon option, where we assume that events happened, say, Yesterday, but that could mean that RP that has since occured (last night at GG, for example) would be compromised.
So, thoughts and opinions, please. This is an ambitious piece of RP on my part, especially since I don't have a captive tabletop audience where I could actually run the events at the same time, and I can't make it work without your help.
Thanks again!
